Medical Assistant / CNA (No License Required) – Grow Your Career While Making an Impact

You want more than just a job. You want to help people, be part of a strong team, and actually feel proud of the work you do each day.

You’re looking for a place where you can learn, grow, and be trusted with real responsibility—not just do the same thing over and over.

Mentally STRONG is where that happens.

Your Day as a Medical Assistant / CNA

You arrive at 7:30, open the clinic, and get everything ready for the day. You join the team huddle, then jump into patient flow—greeting patients, checking them in, and making sure everything is accurate and ready for care.

You move between administrative and clinical work seamlessly. One moment you’re verifying insurance, updating charts, and managing the schedule. The next, you’re supporting patient care—preparing for treatments, monitoring vitals, and ensuring every protocol is followed.

On Spravato days, you help guide patients through their sessions, monitor their safety, and communicate closely with providers.

Throughout the day, you stay connected with your team, keep things running smoothly, and make sure every patient feels seen and supported.

At the end of the day, you close down the clinic knowing your work made a real difference.

Hours: Monday – Thursday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
